Corinthian produced a series of MicroStars Phone Straps exclusively for the Japanese market, with the series containing all world class players and those which were very popular in Japan, with the series being released in 2007.

 

 

National heroes Shunsuke Nakamura and Hidetoshi Nakata are joined by idol Roberto Baggio, along with Ronaldinho, Deco, Luis Figo, Manuel Rui Costa and Alessandro Del Piero. There are 16 figures to collect, with the figures released in blister pack.

 

 

 

14 of these figures were also released as a Key Rings, with the figures being identical but with a key ring replacing the phone strap, however 2 figures remained exclusive to being a phone strap.

 

 

The 2 Phone Strap exclusives are Ronaldinho Brazil Home & Deco Portugal Home, neither of those actually appear listed on the back of the blister, the other 14 do, but those 2 do not.

 

 

As with other Japan only released product, these can be notoriously difficult to obtain, the Baggio's are of course the most in demand, however it is certainly worth taking the effort to complete the set.

The figures are the same size as MicroStars however do not have a base, instead they have a phone strap attached to their head, with each one being released in blister pack. There was no collector code on the figure, however for production purposes Corinthian did assign each one a code, which started with PH, however Corinthian did not disclose those codes so i am unable to add them at this time.
