MATCH MAGAZINE SPECIALS 2007

Corinthian once more teamed up with Match Magazine to produce a set of 8 figures to be given away with the football publication.​

All 8 figures were in their respective national home kit, Brazil had 5 players included, those being Kaka, Cafu, Gilberto Silva, Ronaldinho and Silvinho. Mexico were represented by Rafael Marquez, while Argentina had 2 players which were Esteban Cambiasso and Carlos Tevez.​

The figures were given away with the Christmas 2007 issue of Match Magazine, however there were actually 8 versions of the magazine, one for each figure, which meant to get all 8 you had to find and buy all 8 versions of the magazine.

This goes a very long way to explaining why the figures are so rare and completing the set of 8 can be a challenge, with Tevez and Ronaldinho being the most sought after, which is of course down to their worldwide popularity.

The figures were only produced on a Green base, and were assigned collector codes starting with MC
