MEXICAN POPSTARS

Corinthian worked in collaboration with soft drinks giant Coca Cola to produce a range of MicroStars figures of Mexican Popstars.

 

 

There are 24 figures in the collection, some are solo artists while others are members of a band, with each one being on a Red base and assigned a collector code from the Coca Cola range, starting with CCM (Coca Cola MicroStars)

 

 

As for distribution they were sold in Mexico, with the figures being available in blind bags, which contained one randomly packed figure and a collectors leaflet. There was also a 24 figure collectors box set released, which is a superb piece to own, even if; like me, you have no clue who the artists are, its a fine looking set and over time has become increasingly hard to find.
