CHINA & HONG KONG SERIES 3

In 2022 a rather interesting discovery was made, which is that Japan Miniatures Series 3 was also released in China & Hong Kong, however it carried the MicroStars branding, as opposed to the Miniatures of the Japanese series.​

As with the Japan Miniatures series it was released inside a single box, with the boxes being sold and distributed in a CDU, with each CDU containing 24 single boxes. Information on this series is scarce as there was never any mention of this by Corinthian themselves. The distributor for the series was Daniel & Co (O/B D&G Enterprises ltd)

China & Hong Kong Series 3 consists of 38 figures, all of which were also released in UK Series 3 and Japan Miniatures Series 3, with their MC codes being identical.

The figures were released in single mystery boxes, each mystery box contained one randomly packed MicroStars figure, which could be on one of the six base colours, which are Green, Red, Blue, White, Silver and Gold.

A collectors information leaflet also came issued with the figures which detailed those available in the series, with the text being in Chinese, with only one side being printed on.
